It only seems like this right now, where there doesn't seem to be a team, and everyone is just after badge rewards and stuff (sounds familiar?)... ... then you get your team, and for a few glorious months they work together splendidly. Don't worry, you are doing this properly. People DO want to raid... it's just that too many people think it's all about just gear or individual skills (eg "As long as s/he knows how to play his/her class/role, 'they will mesh'"). I think the biggest problem at the moment is sheer numbers. however, recruiting at the end of an expansion is ugly, as most people are looking for a guild that can offer more raid wise than what we can provide. I guess I am trying to diagnose what went wrong in the first place with the guild as well, for everyone to leave. It's all very stressful... but I guess it's, well, not fun, but not altogether bad at the same time. It's interesting :-) Well, they all say they want to raid. I commend your efforts, but if what you're left with is people that have neither the skill, tenacity, gumption and dedication to want to raid, and furthermore lack the understanding of what is required to raid, then I fear your frustration is only beginning, Angel. :( Raiding may now be accessible to anyone in WotLK, but I don't think that necessarily implies that just anyone can be a raider.
