In my current one, we have a main Ulduar 10 group that's currently on general Vezax- same as the 25 man raidgroup, and those of us who didnt fit into the first 10 man have created a second 10 man that went all the way to Mimiron last Sunday. I'm not in the main raidgroup due to the lack of an extra lock spot- someone was supposed to retire, but they came back in 3.1, and thus the raidpot I transferred back to KT for was no longer there. I think it is stupid to just take some people to the 10 man and it creates pointless conflicts and resentment in a guild, but that is just me. had that problem in many guilds. Way back in ZA when I was playing my lock I was the best geared caster DPS they had and they never took me to ZA but once because I wasn't in their inner circle of friends.
