We have members with lots of different interests in PvP BGs, PvE Raiding or not raiding, Arenas, alt leveling, professions ... Since guilds like ours don't have clearly defined goals like "progress through raid instances ..." it can be quite difficult to lead such a guild and the potential for drama is huge because everyone has different expectations. We had our share in the past and I am glad it looks like we're finally settled into our place. Great idea for a series I am already looking forward to the next posts. Since guilds like ours don’t have clearly defined goals like “progress through raid instances …” it can be quite difficult to lead such a guild and the potential for drama is huge because everyone has different expectations. However, I did hear some talk of there being posts about those very types of guilds and running them on another person's blog - if the posts do get written, I will most definitely be linking to those as a perspective for those guilds.
